Data Processing & Deployment Model
Customer-Controlled Data Processing
The platform is designed to operate entirely within the customer's own infrastructure. All data processed by the platform—including logs, alerts, tickets, conversations and infrastructure data—remains within the customer's private cloud environment or on-premises deployment. We do not collect, store, retain, or transmit customer data to Abilytics-controlled systems, except where explicitly required for licensing, billing, or support and only with customer consent.
Service Providers
The platform supports integration with Large Language Models (LLMs) that are selected, provisioned, and managed by the customer, including but not limited to providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or other compatible services. Use of third-party AI models or APIs is subject to the customer's separate agreement with the applicable provider. We make no representations or warranties regarding third-party AI services and is not responsible for their availability, performance, or data handling practices. Any data transmitted to these third-party AI providers is sent directly from the customer's environment and is governed solely by the terms, privacy policies, and data processing agreements of those respective providers. We do not control, store, or retain data processed by customer-selected LLM providers.
No Training on Customer Data
We do not use customer data to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized AI or machine learning models, without explicit consent.
AI-Generated Output
The platform generates recommendations, summaries, or automated actions using artificial intelligence. These outputs are provided for informational and operational support purposes only and do not constitute professional, security, or reliability advice. The customer remains solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and acting upon AI-generated outputs.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal processes, or to protect our rights and safety.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Payment & Subscription
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Non-Payment
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Limitation of Liability
